Job Title: Director of Interactive Traffic Distribution
Location: Boston, MA

Westwood One/Metro Networks, the largest radio network and provider of news, traffic, sports, music, and entertainment programming in the United States, is looking for a Director of Interactive Traffic Distribution based in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  1. Work with VP/Interactive Traffic Services Plan, develop and implement Affiliation and Distribution Sales & Marketing strategies for Westwood One Interactive to meet targeted sales revenues and gross profit margins.
  2. Develop and manage 'Distribution' business plan in line with set targets and annual goals.
  3. Monitor and measure business performance through empirical reporting and track against plan. Business Performance include tracking distribution growth, affiliation agreements, and client support.


Key Contacts:
Establish strong working and management relationships internally with staff and management peers, externally Affiliate partners, specifically in the media sector, focusing on radio stations, television stations, and newspapers, outside suppliers, and regionally with Westwood One/Metro offices and operations.

Functional Responsibilities: Distribution Sales :
As Director/Distribution you will work with the VP/Interactive Traffic services for the development and execution of Westwood One Interactive's strategic plan including execution plans, client profiling, budgeting and forecasting. In order to deliver to these responsibilities you will need to work with our internal distribution staff and Delivery of tasks will also include the management and coordination of reporting, lead generation, client acquisition phases of sales, meeting coordination, and other forms of business development.
